I would like to say thanks to Ross and Matt they both did a wonderful job helping me and my family own our new home. They both did excellent jobs trying to make sure I got the best service possible. From day one I was walked through everything step by step. Ross and Matt were only a telephone call or email
away. Again I'm very happy with the my results!!!!
I would recommend a little more communication between the loan officer and his team. There tended to be a lot of duplication in paperwork request when the customer provided the paperwork a day or two before to another member of the team. Other than this one area, I enjoyed working with the team at VUHL! I now understand why a friend of mine recommended Andrew Beckett!!!!
i thought that the team of john parker and Darla were outstanding they continued to keep me posted on the things that i needed to complete and refused to let me slack off. John was able to find a realestate agent who continued to send me leads on homes that were in my area and that fit my price range. John never let me get down when there were set backs with the closing and continued to keep me focused and up beat about the entire process. At the begining I thought that obtained a VA Loan would be the hardest thing for me to do, but he got me prequalified first and told me that this could really happpen, Thank you John and Darla
Because of the unique problems of this property, this was a stressful exercise. However, my loan officer got me through the hard parts and produced the results that fit my deadline for completion. I was traveling overseas on a specified date and when I returned, I would be married. I needed to finish the transaction before I got married to protect myself financially should there be an unforeseen problem with the marriage. So time was of the essence. My loan officer came through with flying colors.
Now, a suggestion to improve on this. I believe that a careful examination of the different parties needs for all conditions should be made by each department. This should be shared with all departments. Then when a special need arrises, such as a failed septic system and the requirement of replacing it with a aeration system of wastewater treatment in places with out city sewers, a simple list of requirements for this type of property should be provided to the seller and the buyer. In brief, all requirements should be provided to the parties in a list form. Not as a surprise to the seller or the buyer. It should not be a surprise after an inspection. Inspections are nice but that still leaves the seller and buyer in the dark. How does the seller know what the inspector is looking for if he is not provided with a check list of minimum requirements?
I want to say that the service rendered by Mason and Justin was outstanding! I have never had such a home buying experience before. We stayed connected to each other from the beginning to the end. I knew everyday where we were in the process and what was going to happen next and how it would happen. There were absolutely no surprises. My brother had recommended United Home Loans to me because he also received oustanding service. Justin and Mason made it seem so easy I'm almost ready to buy another house. And actually when I contacted Veterans United I was not even certain I could qualify so my contact was merely to get a feel for things so that I could apply much later in the year. But Mason made a believer out of me with the first step. So my wife and I say "thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts."
Kevin Webster was an outstanding loan officer. He was timely, responsive, friendly and knowledgable.
This was an excellant experience for my wife and I purchasing our first home from beginning to end. Several Veteran's that I work with suggested Veterans United because they have used the company and I will continue to recommend them to anyone that asks who we used. Nick Kundert was an outstanding loan officer to work with. He made everything very easy understand and answered my questions to the best of his ability and took the time to explain everything so that my wife and I would understand the process. I would recommend Veterans United in the future and especially Nick. Again, top notch service from beginning to end especially with the help of Nick Kundert. Thank you guys for everything. Semper Fi.
We have bought multiple homes and used different lenders every time because we were so dissatisfied. Veterans United staff took our loan seriously. Chris Hill went above and beyond to ensure that we were closed by the date we needed and the sellers were funded promptly. Every other team member at the company did great as well. Cooper Allen took over the last 2 days and did amazing. Even though Chris was on vacation, he kept in contact to assure everything went smoothly. This is by far the best lender we've used. We have bought our last home, as far as we know now, but if we ever buy again, We will definitely use them again. Thank you guys so much for being prompt and helping us move this quickly as much as you could on your end. We are extremely satisfied with your service on our purchase. ~The Stickler Trio~

Thank you. I appreciate the help and diligence provided during loan process. This is my first home and I'm told by many homeowners that the time it took to close was very quick. Thanks again.
Great customer service and Danny worked very diligent to make my loan go through.
Matt has been great through what was a very long process in getting our home.
He has been polite and helpful all the way.
Our bank didn't like my level of questions and got rude and that is how you ended up with our loan.
Matt Mosby took the time to answer and to keep us informed.
I would have liked to had a better understanding of why so many thing where needed, because a lot of the things that were ask for I don't believe shouldn't have made a difference.
Both John and Darla were very upfront right from the beginning about the home loan process. If me or my wife had any questions they were there to answer them. No question was too small or trivial for them to have a answer for us. When they needed us to resend paperwork, they explained why they needed them resent, and even though some of the reasons seemed trivial, they explained why the banks needed them. It was a pure pleasure having John and Darla guide us thru the process. I can't call what it was like working with them as work, because of their attitude and their real joy in helping veterans get into a home.
I was so impressed with the effort given by Zachary my loan officer. I am forever greatful for what your company has done for me.
Derek was great to work with and did a fantastic job getting us financed. We recommend him highly!!!
Matt Lucas was WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH!!!!!
Once again Andy Moe did an outstanding job. A true professional and would definitely use again.
I feel that the team of Breck and Heather have my best interest in mind and are wonderful to work with. I would give them a 10 ++
