That said, I’m genuinely sorry the experience leading up to that point was such a mess. Getting passed between teams, delayed timelines, and last-minute funding is not the kind of service we aim to provide—especially when you were staying on top of every request as quickly as you did.
I can only imagine how frustrating it was having to juggle labor, truck rentals, and extended rent while waiting on us. That’s a level of stress no one should have to deal with during what’s already a high-stakes process.
