My refinance experience was extremely frustrating. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication throughout the process. I was constantly receiving new requests for documents, with no proper explanation of why they were needed or how they affected the process.The process felt like an endless list of requirements without transparency or guidance. What was initially presented to me as the expected closing cost kept increasing, and by the end, the cash needed at closing had grown by approximately $3,000 compared to the original estimate.I understand that refinancing can require documentation and adjustments, but better communication, transparency, and proactive updates would have made the experience much less stressful. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity and the unexpected increase in costs left me disappointed with the overall service.
Emmett and Landon were the greatest to work with. I felt as if we became family for 7 months. I thought our house was beyond fixing but Emmett made the process very easy and talk me through a lot of tough days. Emmett and Landon saved our lives and I will never forget it.
