The entire team took all the bumps and bruises and kept things going as we needed to make this happen!
Two weeks prior to closing, I decided not to do business with NVR Mortgage after working with their loan team for over three months, because of how horribly I was being treated during the loan approval process. Sam Brown and my Veterans United team were able to get my VA home loan completely approved in about seven business days. I did not have to move my original anticipated closing date, at all! I really am applauding Sam for being truly amazing and exceeding my expectations!
You probably won’t use this on your “review page”I’m going to copy and paste what I said last question.Just going to give it to you straight! If not for a third party, jumping on Scott’s Bullshit! I don’t believe this deal would have went through. He under cut me on everything, and multiple times he told me this deal can’t or probably won’t happen. Surprise surprise, the deal went through. For a company called “VETERANS UNITED”, I felt like a failure throughout this whole process. I would have given a rating of 1, but at the end of the day “he did” get me my house. So a 3 it is. I’m hoping to be the only customer who has had this problem. Because nobody should have to jump through the hoops I had to, to prove their credibility.

As a Veteran I was blown away by the professional Team that was assembled and took care of making our home buying experience tremendous. There were no negative events, all was professionally assembled and explained up front making our experience wonderful. I would recommend our entire Team to any Veteran that is looking for their first or their tenth home. What a great homebuying experience like none I have ever previously experienced.
I think you all are doing a good thing . Well I was vitting you are in checking out your rivals I realized how much you are were invested in helping me through the process and helping me make the right decision. I would definitely use you agand I will encourage all my fellow victims to use you Me and help me make the right decision I would definitely use you again and I will encourage all my fellow veterans to use you.
Veterans United will help you answer your fears about owning the home of your dreams. They will work with you till the end! Thank you
Veterans United Team was great.
To much emphasis is put on the VOE. Is employers use the work number and it is incorrect, it can take more than 30 days to correct. This is primarily to the underwriters. If you have an active duty member and a spouse trying to purchase a home, their is employment history is going to be all over the place based on the amount of movement they have.
I would recommend every person that the VA assigned to me to anybody looking for a smooth home buying experience.

You all were AWESOME!
I was blessed to have such an amazing team to guide our family through the home buying process. Got us in contact with an amazing realtor. Knowledge, communication, and customer service was excellent. They take really good care of veterans.
Thank you all. The only thing I was not a fan of is how multiple things kept popping up on the "To-Do" list in the last days before closing. It would be nice to see the whole list of what [typically] will be required, even if they are not ready yet. It just made things a little more stressful for a first-timer.
