After a fiasco of a time with our bank, we came to Veterans United frazzled and stressed, afraid we were going to lose our dream home. However, our Veterans United team assured us everything would be well-taken care of. They went straight to work for us, making sure we had everything we needed in order and were aware of our next steps along the way. Every time we sent a message, it was responded to quickly and curteously. Our entire team was reachable and always got back with us right away. They answered all of our questions and concerns, no matter how small or trivial, with a smile and a friendly tone. We signed for our house confidently thanks to our Veterans United team! We truly cannot stop singing our VU team's praises. They were awesome!!!!!

I think there was a lot of information that could have been provided upfront when you have someone learning as they go. Bobby answered every question I asked and multiple times as I asked for clarity. The same with Valerie.I would definitely figure out how to get the appraisers to communicate and move at a faster pace. Experiencing having to wait nearly a week for the inspection and then a week and two days for the re-inspection which held up closing as well isn’t acceptable.Overall the experience wasn’t bad but, for this to be my first home buying experience I wish it went a lot smoother.

This was our first REAL purchasing experience (we had our last houses built). We were very nervous about the process but with EVERY offer or interest the Lindsey was there to answer questions and explain things! Once we were in the offering stage, she was excited too…and as things got more and more “serious” the assembled team was SO supportive.
Overall I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely reach out and work with Veteran’s United again!
