Walter Burks & Shea Mankin. If you can work with them DO IT. Heck, even ask for them by name. As previously mentioned, they’re rockstars. Had we not had any issues, we would’ve said the same thing. They streamlined so much, talked us through details and made us comfortable the whole time.
But what really sets these two apart from the rest is their persistence. We hit some walls but they didn’t shy away. Instead they pushed right on through , right by our sides. They made sure we got what we wanted in our first home.
To feel like you have a good team, is a great feeling.

The overall process from me putting in my offer to close was rather quick and I appreciate the team very much for getting me done in 22 days including weekend(s). There have been some hiccups with agents so I think that is nearly in the nature of real-estate agents across the board. But I ended up with one that got me to the finish line with only one day of showings, as I tailored my list, having the benefit of knowing the general areas I wanted to be in. So I am not in love with VU Realty program, but it was helpful to have the option of not having to do search for agents on my own, it would be better if you are given a condense list based off your needs and time frame so it does not seem like you have a generic list of agents thrown at you that may or may not want to do the work. That could make a smooth sale really stressful.
