I would recommend Veterans United to anyone wanting to get a refinance with Ryan and Derick were great to work with and got the job done in a very professional manner.
I only remark that I would not recommend Veterans United is that there were better options with local lenders that I did not take. I was not impressed with the outsourcing of insurance information and floodplain survey information. That is not the loan teams' fault in any way. I was only disappointed that the information was erroneous, and the Veterans United insurance plans were astronomically more expensive that other insurance options that offer similar coverage. There were also lapses of communication regarding outstanding loan requirements leading to a timeline shift in the closing.
I am a Marine Corps veteran and the Veterans United team was so amazing! This was the easiest process, especially during this crazy pandemic and the world the way it is! They helped every step of the way on moving into truly my dream home, and I am indebted to them! Easy as pie signing all papers electronically and any and all questions I had were answered and out my mind at rest.
