Both my loan officer and my concierge went to a business conference on the day my loan documents needed completed. I firmly believe that had I not gotten on the phone and pushed for extra effort from them, the title company, and my realtor, the loan would not have closed as scheduled and I would have been homeless over the Memorial holiday weekend. Although I am sure I was very annoying, they all pulled together the final day and got things done and got us into our new home pretty much right on schedule.

I usually don’t do these reviews but I have to do it, this is a dream come true. I came from an abusive, addiction, broken upbringing! I worked very hard to do the best I could in life, first to get a bachelors degree in my family, the Army, now I just bought my dream home in my dream state, my kids and grand kids are close and we can start our own traditions starting now! The new “Pursley’s” residence! I grew up poor on the other side of the tracks in Louisiana, God is great! I got God and God got Me!!!! The is me second home purchase using Veteran's United and I have been very pleased both times. They know how to get things done across state lines and they are definitely experts with VA loans and dealing with veteran's special needs and perks. They will work hard with you to resolve any issues and they always do it with a smile. Those are qualities I never could find in any other lender. And I found VU's rates to be very reasonable and highly competitive.
