I have zero complaints about my experience with them, and for a man that works in IT Quality Assurance, I hope that is received as very high praise!! Sarah, Kevin, and Jenny all served integral roles in making this a remarkably quick and efficient process. Our communications were frequent, never under or overcommunicating. They worked to ensure the underwriter's needs were met on all points, which proved to be quite an undertaking. A few times during the loan approval process I didn't think I would make it to the finish line, but my loan officer Dawn Plank was having none of that. She was amazing. Dawn Plank and her whole team worked together like a well oiled machine, it was nice to witness in real time. When you look at her client reviews and see all those 5 stars you better believe she knows what she is doing.

I have had two other houses in the past. This experience has been the most gratifying, because the VA is keeping it promise to take care of there veteran’s. Veteran United is a small, but a big piece of assistance veterans to buy a house. Thanks to all the staff that has worked with me through this process .

My experience with Veterans United was not a good experience at all. I was under two different contracts due to poor communication and bad representation. Not treated like a veteran buying a new home at all .The loan team wanted to see items that did not pertain to my home loan at all leaving me with no benefit of the doubt. It was just a nightmare. Often could not get in touch with loan officer neither could I get a clear understanding on what was going on with my loan process. All they seem to care about is sending more proof of this & that just to push me through their loan process. I was very disappointed to say the least.
