I know the company isn't in minnesota. So I'd recommend doing research into the state the buyer is in so then everything goes smoothly. Minnesota doesn't need a pest inspection which we almost got. Also insurance side was told they couldn't find anything but I was able to find 3 company's. Id also recommend high balling the estimate more than low balling it, rather have a ton in saving and pay less. Besides that they did a great job.
Bobby and Brittney were easy to work with. Thay were always available answer questions.
The team worked very well together preparing my loan for closing.
