Veterans United made literally the entire process of buying our first home so incredibly easy! I cannot believe we didn’t have to do more; they did so much of the hard work for us! Could not recommend Veterans United and all their staff enough!
I found the loan coordination difficult in that they papers in submitted were not adequate but it took time to find that out and then when it came time to reupload the upload was not available. Clients should be told from the get go to establish a direct line with "my pay" ie get a new password whoch can take up to ten days.
Veterans United has helped me reach a dream I thought I'd never achieve. My family now has a home we can call ours, thanks to our loan team and our realtor. Thank you Veterans United for all that you do.
The team that was provided was phenomenal from day one. Ms. Behrens and Ms. Pitts were always available and answered all our questions and concerns. I could have not had a better loan officer and realtor. I definitely look forward to working with them again for future purchases.

The entire team was absolutely incredible. This home buying experience was absolutely amazing.
We purchased a home right at the time interest rates were going up. Unfortunately for us, we locked in at a rate higher than what we expected. But it was comforting to know in 6 months, I could refinance if the rates lowered—one of the benefits of being a veteran and using the team at Veterans United.

By the way my insurance company of 45 years also turned out to be over a third more expensive as the V.U. recommendation. My company didn't even appear in their top ten choices.
