Only fail was the homeowners insurance process. But other than that everything else was perfect.
I have bought 5 homes over the years .. I highly recommend any of my fellow veterans to use Veterans United because like I said out of all the houses that I have bought they make it' the easiest and stress-free' you know exactly what's taking place every step of the way and if you have a question they go out of their way to immediately get you the answers.. We’re so pleasantly surprised! We had some obstacles along the way, but every time we did, our loan officer (Clarke Blodgett) got creative and got us around it. The realtor assigned to us was amazing as well and made the process so easy! Would recommend, 10/10.
I can not say enough great things about my team and how hard they worked to get me in to my new home. They understood I had a tight deadline and they work hard to make it happen! I'm happy with my team and will use them again in the future for my home buying needs!
Corey is what you would want the face of the company to be. I thought the underwriters were less experience, asking for more than I've ever had to produce with other VA loans from other companies while blaming it on VA. It wasn't VA because other mortgage companies don't. It's your company not VA. If I had a questionable credit rating, I would expect you to want more but I don't & I sent you proof I also have investments, besides a lifetime of pensions.
The whole team was great to work with. From the start to the clear-to-close they went above and beyond to make home ownership a reality for my wife and I. A huge thank you to all!!!
