Yes the worst way to make money is to take advantage of people. In no way was this loan officer looking out for my best interest. The rate when I began building was a 3.5 when I closed I initially got a 7.6. Instead of recommending me to try and lock a rate he left me dry at the end and because when he pulled my credit way to late had a hiccup which I lost a 5 percent rate to a high rate! Worst experience of my life. I cried thinking I was losing the home of our dreams. Thanks for creating the worst thing I've ever dealt in my life buying a home! Never again do I think ian should help someone get a loan! Piece of work and even threatened he could have canceled my loan! Hope to refinance this disaster as soon as I can thanks for losing me so much money veterans united!
The process was smooth and fast. Everyone worked very well together and complimented each other to meet our needs. Great experience!
Crystalline Loveless was the only one from Ted's team who understood the mission of VU and knew how to provide service to a veteran; she was the reason I decided to go with VU and Ted's team is very lucky to have her. Rest of the team was a mess. Communication was poor, customer service was below average and a veteran was made to go through a lot of stress and anxiety because this team did not know how to do their job. After providing CTC, scheduling closing and signing all documents for closing, funding was put on hold because a re-inspection was not completed. I had to reschedule all of moving arrangements, cancel family dinner planned for thanksgiving at new house, pack and unpack multiple times and had to pay extra rent for the month since I could not move out on the planned date.This team did not know how to have clear and open communication with their client and with all parties involved and worse they did not know how to work on the client's best interest. Basically, it was clear that they did not care about the buyer/client. Buying a house was enough of stress and intimidating experience and this team made me go through so much emotional and mental turbulence. If VU markets themselves a mortgage lender specializing in servicing veterans then they should also train their employees on how to work provide proper service veterans seeking VA loan. I honestly had not expected such poor experience and am really disappointed.

Kyle and his team were absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, personable and always quick to respond.This was by far the best home buying experience I’ve had…completely stress free! 5/5 stars, definitely recommend!! Crystal, my home buying concierge, was phenomenal! She checked in regularly and kept me up to date on the status of my loan. She even went above and beyond to send me all the info I would need to help me settle into my new home. She sent me information for all of my utilities, internet, nearest VA medical center, nearest DMV, grocery stores and restaurants. Wow!
