I think that the overall quality of loans that veterans united has is solid and top notch. I know many will try to tell veterans they can do better.I went from no home to having a good home. It may take me a few decades to pay it off. With luck I am sure I will meet that milestone. The reality is I would not have the oppertunity to do so had the loan team at Veterans United not only gave me thier all and took the intiative to make sure my paperwork was filed properly, timely, and accurately.The entire operation was done with attention to detail and they took feedback and applied it in a manner that made me part of the team but made me feel as if I was the most valuable player on the team.As a student of project management I feel my loan team was completely PMBOK compliant.
