I will tell people to find a local place because lying and not giving a person a copy on paper isn't a good way to do business. I think I going to call the attorney General for Minnesota and see what they think about it

I have a hard time believing the difference between the first time I bought a home and this time with Veterans United. They made everything easier. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. As a first time homebuyer, I always expected the home buying process to be every difficult, but Nate gave me a step by step walk of everything we did and why it was important. If we take out another loan, Veterans United will be our #1 choice. Phil and his team was outstanding. They truly showed they cared about us getting a loan and a home by their consistent communication, follow-ups and letting us know right away what we needed to complete. The online document submission portal (To Do List) was extremely helpful since we could do it after work. The whole process was smooth and easy!
Overall was a very good experience, and would recommend.
