Mr. Kyle Black is the worst transaction coordinator that I have worked with over the past 3 years (second home. Fifth large purchase with a coordinator).His communication capabilities were subpar with my agent and myself.We submitted 11 amendments. One was due to my error. At least 3 were due to Mr. Black.Mr. Black would push a task to me (apparently I work for you guys) with out communicating it properly or at all. He would Identify issues without offering remedial courses of action. This transaction should have failed to occur because of the actions of Mr. Black and Mr. McCarty. Fortunately, I have an incredible agent as the seller had patience.I am dissuading as many of my friends to use local lenders in place of VU. I have convinced two already. I look forward to taking more.The only solution to remedy this abhorrant customer service is to refund the 3% loan probation fee taken by your firm.

Couldn't have asked for a better loan consultant or better one to work with he made sure it all went smoothly even when the crap hit the fan at the end with our buyers loan, he got us through and kept us updated every step of the way... Definitely recommend. Without Levi Brugger we wouldn't have ever made our dream home come true he was awesome.
Jessica Erb was also excellent. I enjoyed working with her and she also provides very timely communication.This is our third some purchase with Veteran's United. We keep coming back because of the phenomenal customer service and ease of the process. I find the app and VU portal to be very user friendly and time effective. This process was not easy, and that was because of life. Gotta be honest, at one point I didn't think it was going to happen, but I want to really thank Dylan and Joshua as I worked with you two going on what, 3 years?? You both have been apart of the full journey and thank you is no where near good enough. Without you two and the entire team, we wouldn't be in our forever home.

I recommend any veteran that is looking to buy a home to do it through Veterans United. I’ve dealt with other home lenders and it’s normally a difficult process. Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but I never seems that way. Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing. I highly recommend they for any veteran seeking to purchase a home

I've heard a lot of negatives about the company, especially in the early stages of hunting a new home. If we had not purchased a home before and worked with other lenders, I could understand how people came to this because the VA themselves are hard to deal with and have many stipulations. But, having the experience I do, I can say I found Tanner and the rest of the team to be very easy to deal with. Overall, I feel safe recommending them if you are trying to use your VA loan to purchase a home.
