As I sit in my new dining room, all I can think about is how wonderful Ben and the Veterans United team were to us. Helping us every step of the way and answering any questions, no matter how silly it may have seemed. It genuinely made the home-buying experience spectacular and easy to understand. I can’t be more thankful!

Everyone on my home buying team at Veterans United were complete professionals, they were kind, caring, eager to listen, always followed up with me if I left a message and always made sure to ask me if I have any questions. Veterans United is a great company and I will definitely refer every Veteran I come across that’s looking to purchase a home with a VA Loan to you guys. Thank You for Everything😃😃😃

Moving and purchasing a new home when you live on a fixed income can be extremely stressful. Add on top of that being a disabled person and senior citizen and it can become a disaster waiting to happen. This is why I choose to work with Veterans United. They understand the difficulties many veterans like myself face and work diligently to be honest, upfront, and understanding throughout the process. The team I had kept me informed every step of the way through texts, emails, and phone calls. I never had to worry about not knowing what was next - and there were no hidden surprises - because my team of professionals made sure the purchase process was smooth all the way to closing. I would highly recommend Veterans United for any veterans looking to purchase a new home. For this Navy vet, it was smooth sailing!

I would recommend these professionals for their knowledgeable assistance and careful concern during my interactions with them. Great job They are excellent.

Misinformed and didn’t keep me updated on chnages. As a company you guys suck I have an open complain with the better business bureau. Also called up the VA working with them on a complaint against your company as well. One of the worse experiences of my life and I’ve been to Iraq.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Daniel,
I’m really sorry to hear how this experience made you feel—especially given everything you’ve already been through in your life and service. To hear that working with us felt like one of the worst experiences you’ve ever had is heartbreaking, and I want you to know we’re taking your words seriously.
You mentioned open complaints with both the BBB and the VA, and while I know those processes are already in motion, I’d still really appreciate the opportunity to hear from you directly and look into what went wrong on our end. Being misinformed and left in the dark during a home loan process isn’t acceptable—and it certainly isn’t the kind of care we strive to provide to the Veterans we serve.
If you're willing to talk more about your experience, I hope you’ll reach out. I can be reached directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, but you’re welcome to reach out anytime.
