They were there every step of the way and assisted with all problems that came up making this home buying experience a great one for me. I’m so glad to have the team I had. This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. I value honesty not lies starting with this is my personal phone number that went to unknown number of people. They could have saved a lot of stress by explaining what needed to be corrected on the to do list. And the to do list should be put out once not added too every week. My loan was 13 days past the date I requested it was started near Thanksgiving and was granted on 6 January requested for 23 December with a closing date of 3 January.
