This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. It was a great process. They answered every question, explained each step over phone, via email , app ,and videos. Very easy to.upload needed documents. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and available!

They were so knowledgeable of all things veterans that I didn’t have to over-explain or take extra steps like I do with most organizations. They made the process so smooth that they were my first choice when it came time to refinance. Chris is awesome. He was my loan officer on my original loan. He is prompt and professional. He knows his stuff and answered EVERY question I had no matter how ridiculous it was. So when I applied to refinance and was notified that Chris was once again going to be my loan officer, I was beyond relieved.
