We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.

I personally had many obstacles to overcome during my underwriting process, and Casey was incredible during it all. Very near to the end, I found out my pay once I moved to Kansas would be dramatically less than I was lead to believe by the company I work for. We added my wife very late and Casey handled it like a pro. We had her information in and any obstacles we had to handle taken care of in no time flat. Not only that, but my wife and I are expecting. They sent us a bib with our sons first and middle name on it, a baby book, and some treats for our animals. I would give them 100 people’s worth of 5 stars if I could. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Megan was great. She answered all my questions and was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Jordan was very unresponsive when it came to asking her questions or just trying to get into contact with her. There was a lot of last minute stuff that had to be taken care of that was causing some issues and frustration.
