We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.

The Loan Team was fabulous!!! They were professional, friendly, efficient, and patient. Janeanne worked with me through multiple homes until we found one that was the right fit. She is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and is an amazing communicator. Janeanne's experience and expertise was on display particularly when I was trying to understand some state law provisions and we were consulting with the legal team. She always made me feel like a valued part of the Veterans United family. I felt comfortable that she was always on top of the entire loan process. Danielle was similarly amazing. Although I didn't interact with her as much as Janeanne, that just goes to show their efficiency and skill. Janeanne set me up for success and Danielle helped us get across the finish line.
