Nathan was fanominal. Buying a home can be stressful and I was doing the process by myself. Nathan was available by text or phone for the entire process and any question I had. He eased my nerves more than once and I can't say enough about his customer service
They were so helpful throughout the entire process, even before pre-approval. I was never left in the dark about anything and all the agents were incredibly kind. I couldn't thank them all enough for making my 1st home buying experience a good one.
Everyone there that we worked with from Amanda to Chris and David were really wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions, and they made this whole process very easy. They slso made sure we understand everything. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone

As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.

Horrible communication, felt like Veterans United was against us the whole time. They made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've used my VA loan 3 times now all with Veterans United. I will never use them again. I will let fellow Veterans now to stay away!@ Horrible service. Wish I would of used any other lender!

Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. Jeremy and his team are absolute miracle workers. Other companies didn't want to work with us or led us lots of letdowns. Jeremy picked us up and got us approved and into our home seamlessly.
