Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. First off, in no way do I blame my original loan officer, she went on maternity leave which I whole heartedly support. Unfortunately though, our new handler was not a loan officer and so seemed ill prepared for the remainder of the tasks. We also dealt with an additional FOUR other agents, all of which demonstrated an inability to come up to speed on current status/checkpoints and lack of knowledge regarding my file and answers to questions regarding the loan process. (One agent stated this was my first VA loan, which it was not).
The entire team was extremely helpful and timely in getting everything needed for our closing!
IMHO, I would employ others to take advantage of this Company. I couldn't be more satisfied. It was like ordering a full meal from soup to nuts and walking away very satisfied. Thanks to all of you concerned.
