This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher. Thank you Alberto, and your entire staff for not only making us feel like family, but taking our dream and turning it into a reality. God bless you.

I value honesty not lies starting with this is my personal phone number that went to unknown number of people. They could have saved a lot of stress by explaining what needed to be corrected on the to do list. And the to do list should be put out once not added too every week. My loan was 13 days past the date I requested it was started near Thanksgiving and was granted on 6 January requested for 23 December with a closing date of 3 January.

I hear your frustration with the to-do list changing week after week. When items are added instead of clearly laid out upfront, it can feel overwhelming and unnecessary. I also understand how disappointing it is when the loan timeline doesn’t align with the dates you requested, particularly around the holidays when time already feels compressed.

Attention to detail… goes above and beyond! Guides you through the process and the To Do list is the best. Answers questions within minutes or hours, but definitely same day. Used a few times and will use again…. The process actually helped husband and I clear debit and make us more debit cautious

I went in to this process very cautious and a bit hesitant. The team that was with me was outstanding. The communication was excellent. quick responses to my emails and I don't believe I ever left a voicemail because my calls were always answered. everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and they all always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt the team was always on my side. Even when we had things done and were waiting for response from the seller my team always checked on me to be sure that all was well.
