I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone considering purchasing a home. A real plus which I didn't experience in the past was availability of a real estate agent. It eliminated my need to research agents.
For me when it comes to getting a mortgage Craig Brumfeld and his team are the best!! I do not even consider other options he is so proficient at getting loans completed. I have had at least 3 loans with veterans united and will deal through them from now on!! John

I will never use veterans united again. Any issues we ran into during the appraisal (which is really an inspection because they make stipulations about what you have to have in the house, not just what the house is worth), we were never offered solutions or other options we may have. The entire time it just felt like they didn’t actually care about our loan or closing on the house. We were initially set to close 6 weeks from the time we made an offer. We didn’t close for another almost 8 weeks after the first 6 weeks with very little communication from them during that extension. We felt like an inconvenience to them. We will not ever go through VU or recommend them to anyone again.

Helpful from start to signing. First conversation they gave me a pre approval letter that was good for a year. During the process of house hunting, each address I gave them they calculated what estimated payments would be for me. I appreciated the communication between my agent and lender. Uploading and signing documents was easy. I don't have any complaints.
