Very responsive and knowledgeable. When I had questions I was usually able to get an answer within a day or so. They are extremely busy but made time to get back to me within a reasonable time frame. They were nice to talk to and bery helpful.

Hayden and his team were very supportive of me during the two and a half months of searching for a home. The first two homes we looked at the seller did not want to make any repairs. It was very defeating because I had already paid for two home inspections and one appraisal. Hayden kept in touch with me the whole time and understood what needed to be done. He was supportive even when things seemed hopeless. By early August things turned around dramatically and Hayden was there on the phone through all the steps. I'm very glad I chose Veterans United to purchase my first home. The whole home buying process seemed very overwhelming but they somehow made it understandable in bite size pieces. I was super anxious and lost at the beginning and they held my hand at each step. With their insurance brokerage, I found cheaper auto, home, and flood insurance.
The team that worked with me was great, they helped in every step of the way! I am a first time homebuyer and was not using a real estate agent, basically doing a seller to owner deal. With that being said they clearly answered all my questions and helped me throughout the way. Jeffery Howard and Collin Cochran were the guys that helped me, definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Veteran’s United helped us buy our first home. Each member of our team was super knowledgeable and their communication skills were top tier! The response time was also very short if we had questions!
This is the second home I purchased using veterans united. Johnathan Lucas was easy to work with however his team wasn’t. Too many times I had to resend documents with one member saying I’m good and the next saying it’s not there until the file was reviewed. There was no communication amongst members and they made an already stressful situation worse. Even my realtor and the seller of my new home complained multiple times about the lack of communication with veterans united. The first home I bought was a breeze which was why I used veterans united a second time. I don’t think I’d be as sure next time.
