Overall the team did pretty good and got my wife and I into our new home which is all we can ask for. However, sometimes the process felt unorganized with the amount of different people we had to talk to and seemingly lack of communication between them. I understand that each member is working numerous cases and it can get jumbled up but it’s frustrating when something is said that has already been covered or isn’t relevant to our case.
IMHO, I would employ others to take advantage of this Company. I couldn't be more satisfied. It was like ordering a full meal from soup to nuts and walking away very satisfied. Thanks to all of you concerned.

My team at Veterans United "held my hand" through the intire process. I knew very little about this whole process being a first time hime owner. At times, i needed to take things slow and go over some steps at a slow pace so I didnt miss anything. Being a vet with ptsd, this began to get overwhelming, but my team took extra time, talked slowly and clearly to ensure I was fully aware of every detail. I strongly believe, if i had gone with another mortgage company, i would have backed away from this whole process Rob was morenthan understanding and did all he could to insure I didnt let myself down by backing out. If I could give my team an 11 I would. They were absolutely incredible and made the entire home buying process such a breeze. I was never confused through the process and they all communicated efficiently.
Possibly open communication among peers. A few times I would hear something from someone and then another thing from someone else or being reach out about the same thing from different people. I believe open communication among peers upon reaching out to the client would eliminate this. But I really did enjoy my overall experience.
Matt & his team Logan & Alex went above & beyond! They were able to close on my new home 7 days earlier, in time for movers to get me in before holiday weekend! They were in constant communication via text, email, & phone conversations! Answered all of my questions & were very knowledgeable in their work!
