As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.

Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). I had a hard time qualifying at first. Veterans united closely watched my score until I was able to be approved. I was working with a another lender who couldn't get it done. Veterans had me closing within three weeks
My experience was beyond what I could have hoped for. The entire team is very communicative, professional, and friendly. For a first time home buyer with a lot of questions they answered them all happily, and whenever they requested something from me always provided the reason it was needed. They were also very quick! From initial pre qualification to closing it was roughly 30 days and would have been under 30 not accounting for the days we were looking for a house. Highly recommend to anyone be you a first time buyer like myself or a pro with experience. Their team and their concierge service is amazing!
