I was not happy with all the delays in closing and No one was able to provide me with a clear answer regarding my property tax exemption .....It went unexplained until closing day and If the proper research was completed the delay in this matter could have been avoided
My loan officer, Randee, was the best! Great communication, very responsive, explained everything.
Tim along with the support team made my home buying process pretty simple. In instances where I did not quite understand, someone from the team was always quick and ready to provide clarification. I appreciate the support that was provided.
Veterans United dropped the ball big time and at the last minute they realized we needed a water well tested. veterans United knew from inception that we were building a home on well water but someone did not read my information and this delayed our closing by 8-10 days! Not happy with veterans United at all about this
