I've worked with a few lenders, and truthfully, this team was the BEST! They were there for every step of the way and helped us go through the process smoothly. Special shoutout to Jordan who always made us feel at peace and explain everything thoroughly.
Good communication; the portal was easy to use. Loved the additional assistance from the concierge folks. I thing the only thing I think would help would to be to have the VU closing staff assigned to the team up front also so that we wouldn't necessarily need another person as a go-between.
IMHO, I would employ others to take advantage of this Company. I couldn't be more satisfied. It was like ordering a full meal from soup to nuts and walking away very satisfied. Thanks to all of you concerned.
