The whole team was fantastic at all times!
Working with Veterans United was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly transparent, well-organized, and much easier than I expected. Every step was clearly explained, and I always knew what to expect, which made buying a home far less stressful. The team was absolutely spectacular. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything stayed on track. Their communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions and provide guidance. If you’re looking for a lender that values transparency, has an organized and efficient process, and truly supports you throughout your home-buying journey, I highly recommend Veterans United. They exceeded my expectations, and I’m grateful for everything they did to help make my homeownership dream a reality.
The team in a whole did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to ensure me and my family had the help we needed in our last minute pcs decision to purchase a home. They were always extremely nice, helpful and had answers to the questions we had asked. This was our first time purchasing a home and they were they made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision in this major milestone in our life!
The quality of service from all aspects was outstanding
Seth and Rachel were both very helpful and exceptionally professional. Promote ahead of peers
Crystaline went above and beyond what i expected of a loan officer and made everything that would normally be stressful and time consuming seem like a walk in the park. My real estate agent has been in the business for a very long time and had nothing but good things to say about Crystaline and even said that Crystalline was the best loan officer she had ever worked with in all of her years doing this. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone buying a home and I recommend requesting for Crystalline specifically as your loan officer.
The team from Veterans United was incredible from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, patient, and patient. Every question was answered immediately and every piece of information was shared and explained thoroughly. Using the VU website to process everything made it super simple and almost effortless! We would recommend VU to anyone and everyone without hesitation.
Mason and his team were outstanding!! This was my second house purchase and Veterans United made it super easy and communicated every step of the way. Thank you for your support and for helping us get into our dream home!!
Corey was amazing to work with, and made this home buying experience a real pleasure! He and the entire team kept us well informed throughout the process, and Corey even made himself available and returned my calls when he was on vacation.Class A team as well!
I got out of the Marine Corps and was just trying to reintegrate back into the civilian life. Veterans United showed a lot of support and help me get a home for me and my family.
My VA team was really great to work with and if I could them something higher than a 10 I would. They were all so helpful and very patient with me and all my questions. Thank you!
Alex and Becky and Cole were winderful
Veterans United & the team that they had me work with which included Wade, Kathleen & Chance made the home buying process the easiest that I have ever experienced. Their knowledge, professionalism & friendliness kept me at ease the entire time. They were always available for me & answered any questions that I had. I would recommend VU to any Veteran that is interested in buying a home in the future.i have actually already recommended them to a couple of Vets that I have talked to the past few days!
My experience with Verterans United was extremely stressful and disappointing. They were not flexible at all when it came to documents that were more than 20 years old and no longer available. Even when I provided alternative proof, it was dismissed as “not good enough.” Instead of helping track down information they easily could have obtained themselves, they kept sending new to‑do items day after day, each one demanding something different. On top of that, their 11th‑hour demands made the situation even more frustrating and stressful. Every time I thought I had provided what they needed, they added something new at the last minute, creating unnecessary pressure and confusion. It felt like they turned me into their errand runner—constantly chasing paperwork, digging through old records, and trying to satisfy requirements that seemed to change every time. Overall, their lack of flexibility, constant shifting demands, and unwillingness to assist with document retrieval made the entire experience far more difficult than it needed to be
