We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
Amazing, for my first time buying a home and using the VA home loan program I was a bit nervous at first but Steve and his team were perfect and answering my questions and making sure we had everything we needed when we needed it.
Kyle was very helpful all throughout the process of us purchasing the home. He provided us with important information that we needed to know and answered and questions that we asked him. Overall I would recommend Veterans United to anyone who qualifies.
I really didn't appreciate the way Shawn and Jaclyn tried to handle me as if I was a welfare case. Never was there a good morning or how's everything going everything was through text message or email and when I called straight to voice message. I'm a veteran who served my country and the reason they have a job today I earned my home and hate how people take us for granted. Although Shawn was diligent in his work habits and lot of us veterans are not the same as we once were do to the fact war has a life altering effect. So that's how I feel.

Their service was excellent, they kept me informed and in the loop as far as what we needed to complete for the documentation they needed. They let us know when and what changes had occurred over the course of the application process which is very important to me, which is keeping that line of communication going and open on both sides.
