We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa and the incredible job she did helping us purchase our new home. From the very beginning, Lisa was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our family navigate what was a major relocation and home purchase.Moving from Florida to Tennessee came with its share of complexities, and there were several moments throughout the underwriting process where Lisa's expertise, persistence, and problem-solving skills made all the difference. She consistently stayed one step ahead, kept us informed, and found solutions whenever challenges arose. Her communication was exceptional—we always knew where we stood and what to expect next. What truly sets Lisa apart is how much she cares about her clients. She took the time to explain every detail, answered countless questions with patience, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even exciting. We never felt like just another loan file; we felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to Lisa's dedication, professionalism, and hard work, we successfully closed on our dream home and are beginning an exciting new chapter in Tennessee. If you're looking for a lender who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond for her clients, look no further than Lisa. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone purchasing a home.Thank you, Lisa, for helping make our dream a reality!
This company was honestly extremely good at fighting for my business and made it very easy to side with them compared to other companies. Mr. Aaron has been fighting for my business since my time getting out the army when I thought I wanted a house and then backed out two times and when we finally wanted to make the decision, Aaron was fully prepared and the fastest at responding to email, questions, and anything I needed help with. He was true to about the entire process, and I would actually do business with him again by far one of the most professional loan officer I’ve ever worked with and I can’t wait to do business again with him in the future. Let it be known. He was very quick to beat other people’s rates and actually offered me better rates to start off.
Other companies cannot compete with this manWhen someone else tried to beat his rate this man said “Who decided that” and swept it away with a better rate -joke
As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. As a Marine, I have always had a mentality of "get things done"....but with Veterans United, they made sure I was prepared for the whole process.
Teams were awesome, easy to talk to, and took care of me.
Aaron Esterle and his team are awesome
Excellent!

Jordan & the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They made the process of buying our new home easy & explained everything as we went along.
From the first day of this home buying journey Veternans United was great. They walked me thru the whole process quick and effectively. I dreaded the whole process but I can say this was the easiest and less stressful home buying process I have every had!! Thanks Wesley and Daniel for being great at what you do.
Very professional , helpful ,polite, there for any questions or whatever help needed, thanks again.
Although the road was rock at times Veterans United provided levelheaded service and was right on time every time to get the job done. When I was finally ready to begin my journey to find the right home I shopped around for my loan, initially it seemed like my options for financing were very limited until I was referred to Veterans United by a friend who at the time connected me to Bryant who intern ran the numbers and offered the most competitive amount. Bryant and his team along with Maddie & Sami were very patient and dedicated to seeing this through to the end and were able to find some of the most affordable options, and companies that were most suitable for me & my family. I would most definitely recommend Veterans United to any other veterans out there looking for a Home Loan and an Agency that’s willing to go the extra Mile. We are so thankful for their assistance in the process. If I ever need to purchase a Home again, I will definitely be contacting Veterans United!
Aimee Hall, is the best. She was awesome, honest, to the point, and my favorite is I could tell she was a person not just utilizing AI and that meant the most to me. She always came with the facts and honesty. Thank you so much Aimee Hall and your team. They were great. If you want you honesty and a smooth loan process, Aimee and her team are where you want to be.
Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me). Veterans United made the process simple and my loan officer, Rachel was outstanding! Made the process simple. Clearly communicated every step of the way. And fought for our best interests when the seller was committed to their own best interests. I’d recommend Rachel and Veterans United in a heartbeat.
My loan team had information 2 weeks prior to my closing. They forgot to file my disability tax exemption so it held up the whole process on closing day. It backed up the Title company and my agent for over 3.5 hours. In the end to complete the close my agent ended up adjusting his commission $671.00. Now I have to pay agent out of pocket instead of it being included in my financing. NO I will not ever recommend. Very poor communications and when they did they wanted to be able to talk at like one time was 849 at night on a Friday night. Another was on a Sunday. Not how ya do business sorry. I do regret using Veterans United. Their folks know nothing about Anxiety / PTSD or how to interact with some one whom has it. Believe me most vets do. It's not always just about the numbers.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Loel,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your closing process. I understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter a delay on closing day, especially when it affected your title company, real estate agent, and overall experience.
I also understand your concerns regarding communication and the timing of outreach throughout the process. Buying a home can be stressful enough without feeling like important details are being missed or that your individual needs aren't being fully understood. I'm sorry this experience left you feeling disappointed and unsupported.

Charles was spot on.
I'm very grateful to have Chace Tuck and his team, they did a great job. Chace personally very pleasant, has tremendous communication skills and a masterful grasp specifically with my VA Home Loan.
Kody and his team did an outstanding job from the first initial contact to closing of my new home....thank you for allowing this Veteran widow to purchase a new home. My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude.
Nathan was fanominal. Buying a home can be stressful and I was doing the process by myself. Nathan was available by text or phone for the entire process and any question I had. He eased my nerves more than once and I can't say enough about his customer service
They were so helpful throughout the entire process, even before pre-approval. I was never left in the dark about anything and all the agents were incredibly kind. I couldn't thank them all enough for making my 1st home buying experience a good one.
Everyone there that we worked with from Amanda to Chris and David were really wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions, and they made this whole process very easy. They slso made sure we understand everything. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone
Heather was amazing. Truly supportive and understanding of our concerns and goals through the process. Very communicative.
Such an incredible team! Buying a home felt so easy with them.
Everything went very smoothly- Alex was wonderful!
Horrible communication, felt like Veterans United was against us the whole time. They made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I've used my VA loan 3 times now all with Veterans United. I will never use them again. I will let fellow Veterans now to stay away!@ Horrible service. Wish I would of used any other lender!
