Anytime you purchase a home there is a daunting task of finding paperwork and receipts etc. we got through it.. The entire team who handled my loan is to be commended, they made it happen. Lisa and Melissa was fantastic. They always respond quickly, nice, friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 7 out of 10 is the final step where we need to have the final number to transfer money to the title company was delay. I have to keep following up and we didn’t know until afternoon of the day before closing.

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. They took a dream and turned it into a reality, and for that we will be forever grateful. I could not recommend this team higher.
