Went way past and above what a person would expect. Exceptional service, great attitude and would call after hours if I needed to talk to someone. Never went more than a couple minutes for a return call or message reply.
This team made it extremely easy, less stress and made time for answer all my questions. They were the best!! and my real estate agent loved them as well.
We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
This is my 5th or 6th transaction with Veterans United. This was by far the pickiest and most drawn out the process has ever been. That being said, Mark and his team were still pleasant to work with and we crossed the finish line. Had this been my first experience, especially with underwriting, I probably would not have been a return customer.

They went beyond the Call of Duty. They had everything in order as you go. The more progress you make the checklist is checked. The paperwork is marked done exactly how it's supposed to be done. So when you meet in person in physically sign in closing, everything is done and you've already gone through the paperwork inside. So you know what? It is always educate yourself with the little videos. They show if you're a first time home buyer. They were all, I had the best team in the world.And they mean the world to me!
