Even with his growth, he has never lost the personal connection and care that made us trust him from day one. His entire team has also been amazing, always stepping in and helping whenever needed to make sure everything kept moving smoothly and efficiently.The refinance process itself was incredibly quick and easy on our end, even while handling a power of attorney for my husband who is currently deployed. Nathan and his team made everything stress-free, seamless, and easy to understand during a time that could have easily been overwhelming. We are beyond grateful for their professionalism, communication, and support throughout every step of the process.

Everything was Fantastic
Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
I really enjoyed working with Veterans United. The people are nice. You can always get hold of someone if you have questions. Their response times are quick. They will sit and explain any quedtuin you might have, and not make you feel like and idiot. The only thing I had an issue was the amount of people that would call, text or email me saying that they are part of my team. I did feel like I didn't know who I should call first about certain questions. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
From the very start Veterans United made to entire house buying process a lot easier than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend their services to any veteran looking to purchase a home.
Chris Campbell and his team are amazing. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of purchasing with Chris. Everyone is knowledgeable and answered any questions in a way that I understood. He’s excellent with numbers and helped us get the best rate. Notoriously, underwriting is one of the worst parts of the loan approval process, but Anna put us at ease and made everything stress-free. All of the VU representatives were kind, courteous, professional and had that “just right” sense of urgency needed to get the job done. The were all very knowledgeable and helpful in every way as well. The biggest factor for me was the VU mobile app!!! It is by far the most “user friendly” application I have ever used! The app, along with the assigned reps, together all made the home buying process incredibly easy and quick!!
