Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.
Our loan officer was above and beyond helpful. She put together staff and contacts that made the whole process run smoothly, following up consistently. We appreciated the whole process and was above our expectations!

We came up with the best plan of financing that fits my needs right now. The team also was very proactively in staying in contact with myself and my realtor. Everything processed smoothly even with a closing on one day to the wire transfer funding the next day. They did outstanding work and I will definitely use them again.
