We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.

Awesome purchasing experience. Other than looking for the perfect home, which can be stressful and out of the control of everyone, VU took care of all worries. We started this whole home buying journey back in 2023, and at that time we were already preapproved with three different lenders, so we’ve dealt with lenders and banks trying to sell us their products, pushing things we didn’t ask for, and not really giving us the information we needed. As first time homebuyers, we didn’t want sales pitches; we wanted knowledge, clarity, and someone who could actually guide us.Fast forward to this year, and we were struggling again with two different lenders.
