What a great experience! They make it so easy with the app. No more having to fax tons of pages of information, just take a photo of the necessary documents and upload them. The app “to do” list keeps your tasks at your fingertips. The staff we dealt with were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We went from toying with buying a new home to closing in less than 2 months. I will definitely tell our friends about Veterans United.
David Fields is a horrible unethical and unprofessional loan originator! He is not thorough and he lies. It began with him quoting me a mortgage rate of which he voluntarily spent my money, without disclosing it, to buy down the rate only to in an attempt to secure my business with a lower advertised rate as opposed to another lender who quotes a rate strictly based on what they were able to do short of me wanting to decrease it by buying down my rate but that would be my prerogative. This is where it started with David and only compounded from there….I will be proceeding forward with complaints to the NMLS and Missouri regulators!
