Great people and they don't just give you one person to help they give you a team. Overall I was surprised they worked as hard as they did to help. Never had me wanting more because I had all the help I needed.
First Mr Troy Anderson helped me get my credit squared away. Then Mrs Ashely made sure my loan worked for me. Then the blessings flowed. There were no unanswered questions. With it being E sign a lot, of paperwork is on line . Squared away.thank you for our forever home. Guess what veterans it was so awesome I’m doing it again in a couple years.

We had a great home buying experience with Veterans United. David Phillips and the rest of the team continually checked in with updates and on our needs. My experience with USAA and getting home owners insurance was not the same. It was a complete nightmare with 3 different quotes all going up in price and all with the same policy number. It makes no sense that the 2 companies could not work together seems there both here to serve veterans. At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
