The entire process was pretty seem less. The team was great to work with and easy to get a hold of if I had questions.
At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
When it came to intrest rates dropping, they reached out to start the process, I didn't have to do anything. Great customer service!
Travis and Haley were great! Persistent and readily available! I appreciate referrals to other services, like Homeowners and working w/ title company.I would recommend!
Chris Porter was an absolute stud. Donna was lazy, slow, didn't communicate ever and almost talked the deal multiple times due to miss poor work ethic. At multiple times in the 8.5 months it took to close; Donna would be unresponsive for weeks and as a result we had to redo paperwork after paperwork. Would not recommend!
