Tim was excellent throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had and helped me feel calm when I thought things weren't going so well. Spoiler it was fine, I'm a spaz. When a problem did arise he jumped on it like a fat kid at a buffet and figured it out. Also he returned every call without making me wait days for a response. He was always Jonny on the spot.
