This is my first time buying a home got me through the steps that I needed to get through if any questions they were there to answer them thoroughly, and if there was anything else that wasn’t there that I needed to know, they took their time out to find the information to let me know what it was that I was looking for. When we first began this journey we thought it was going to be impossible to get things done in our time frame. It was very impressive how fast and attentive our whole team worked. My Closing was delayed due to errors on purchase price and I believe the request for Appraisal was sent late. We were on track to Close in 21 days, the appraisal also held up Closing. My first dealing with VU was seamless, this time not as smooth.
