Unnecessary chaos and very stressful. Most of the time no one has answers. Loan estimates with many mistakes, repeatedly, and they fluctuate unreasonably. "Kick the can down the road" attitude. Never again.

The option of owning a house seemed so distant and intimidating but veterans united made it easy to atain and understandable.
I recommend Veterans United to anyone wanting to purchase a house. I had a great experience with Rusty Burney from beginning to end. Mike Smith has always been my team leader. I have enjoyed working with him tremendously, and he picked the right people each time to be on my team, all of.them willimg amd.ready.to jelp me ans make sure i always kmew wjat was happening.It felt like Mike was just part of the family,My family and I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. He was kind, considerate, always staying on top of thing's, always ready to help, and I can't thank him enough. Being 75 years old, I know this will be my last home I buy, and that's rather disappointing, Because it's probably the last time I'll get to talk to Mike, And that's a little sad. We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference. Also, times and rules have changed and I cannot say enough about how the combination of technology and people made us feel as if VU was with use every step of the day.
