We are very happy with our experience this time around.

Definitely will recommend from a veteran perspective there should be no other choice.

Mike Wilson, our loan officer along with his professional team, was always very responsive, patient with our questions (Lol, we had a lot), and understanding. One word to describe Mike Wilson would be outstanding! He did exactly what he promised. And that was to get my wife and me, into our brand new home as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We are blessed to say that our experience with Veterans United has been nothing but amazing. We could not have asked for a better group of individuals to help us with our home buying purchase. #ProudVeteranhomeowner

Ross and his team were amazing!! They were very helpful and got us to close early!

Easy process and no BS. The easy to do lists stream lined the entire thing and made each step easy to understand!

Kayla and Dustin were outstanding!

Veterans United was hands down the easiest home-buying experience I’ve ever had. They matched me with all the right people to get me to home ownership!

Shawnee was awesome and cared about all specs of my situation.

Veterans United was the first and only lender I reached out to and I'm glad I did. They stayed in constant communication with me, I never felt like I was figuring things out on my own. My initial preapproval wasn't what I wanted and they explained to me what I needed to do to be preapproved for a higher amount. Great customer service, will be referring any veterans I know to them.

An incredibly smooth experience

Amazing team.

I can't believe it is finally done! Alex and team hung with us for 5 years as we negotiated with a really difficult landlord who vaciallated back and forth constantly. Thank you Alex and team!

Very easy, quick, seamless home buying process.

I was never told anything, never really spoken to outside of signing documents, the two loan guys, *not the concierge* never spoke to each other and often asked my realtor to relay a message to the other instead of them speaking to each other. Every piece of information I learned or found out was through my realtor or someone she worked with
Response from Veterans United
Hi Robert,
I really appreciate you taking the time to share this, and I’m so sorry that you felt out of the loop during such an important time. You shouldn’t have had to rely on your realtor to be the go-between for your loan team—especially not just to get basic updates or answers. That kind of disconnect creates confusion, frustration, and frankly, it’s not how we want any borrower to experience working with us.
You deserved clear, consistent communication directly from your loan team—not just when paperwork needed signing. It sounds like your realtor worked hard to fill in the gaps, but that responsibility shouldn’t have fallen on them.
I’d really like my advocates to learn more about what happened here so we can make sure your feedback leads to meaningful internal conversations. I worked with an amazing team!

Truly a remarkable experience. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Most of all they made themselves available for any questions you may have. That’s important.

As a first time homeowner not knowing the process Veterans United was there every step of the way.
