The Veterans United team were very communicative and committed to making the process as painless as possible. There was no time where we felt like we didn’t know things were happening. They gave lots of great help and information, and seemed motivated to give the best service possible.
While I was expecting closing to be 30 days out, we still closed and thats all that mattered, thanks to the team here we were able to get the house I wanted, 2nd house I've owned and yet another successful exceptional service provided by the underwriting team, agents, and loan officer. Though the assurance that people want to help is good, it was confusing regarding who I should be talking to.Recommend a more intentional introduction with the concierge as the first step, followed by deliberate hand-offs between teams to ensure a continuum of customer care through each step of the home-buying process.

The team has been working with me for almost 2 years as I was trying to get qualified, letting me know what I needed to work on, through finally getting the pre-approval, working with me and even working to increase my pre-approval amount which I needed to get a home in my area.
