The only issue I ran into was a slight delay in closing. We were given the clear to close on the 27th and the paperwork didn't actually get sent out until around 1430. Which was about 4 hours after our closing was initially scheduled. The underwriter also required new line items about 14 times. I don't know how much control you have over their requirements and checklists. However, it would be nice to get a more comprehensive list of what is required up front so that you don't have to keep running around with new tasks every couple days. I think I emptied my "To-Do" Checklist around 12 times before we were given the clear to close. Other than that I found the experience professional and enjoyable.
The team that helped me buy my new home was absolutely perfect! They were on top of everything and anything that came up. They kept me up to date with with everything going on. It was a great please working with them.
After dealing with another company and just getting the run around, I tried Vetreans United. In no time after filling out the information on the ap, and choosing a loan associate. I got a phone call and the whole process was going ahead full speed. Whenever a question would arise, my question got answered within minutes of sending a email or text. Hands down- will always use VU. This is our 3rd time and the process just gets easier and less stressful.
