Working with Veterans United made the entire home-buying process almost effortless, especially as a first-time buyer. I can’t recommend their dedicated and constant support enough. They walked me through each step of the process and we’re always available for questions. I was always dealing with real people who seemed to genuinely want to help me which made me feel confident in buying my first home.
The loan team was very helpful and patient. We had a little hiccup with a past mortgage but they helped even when I was ready to give up.
We were informed every step of the way in the loan process and appreciated the fact that all of our questions were answered promptly and there were no surprises along the way. Kris, Sarah and Courtney sent us the nicest housewarming gift. This was our fifth home purchase over the years, and we have never received a gift from the lending team until now. It was less than a month from start to finish and closing took less than 30 minutes with no issues!

Was not too happy with Veterans United's assistance with choosing Home Owners Insurance. I asked for options, and feel like I was directed to Travelers. No other options were given. (I would assume it's a commission thing) I will be switching soon.
The service provided by Brandon, Anthony and tayler was exceptional especially since we had a cat 5 hurricane interupt the closing.... best experience ever......
