Everyone we worked with at Veteran's United went above and beyond for us. As first-home buyers they were with us every step of the way to answer every question we had from simple to complex. Thanks to them we were able to purchase our new home worry free before we even moved into the area.
I have told everyone that I work with how easy it was to buy a home. The team of people that I had the opportunity to work with were incredibly professional and proficient at their job, and left me with no questions or concerns. I use to like VU and even recommended it to friends but after this horror of mistakes and emails saying we the customer were harassing them because we wanted information corrected and it still wasn't. I will never use VU again. They cost me thousands of dollars more than I would have spent and closed a month later than I should have.
