I am a first time home buyer father of 3 step to 1 and have worked hard to get. The whole team and experience though trying at times has truly been a blessing and will allow me to move on and do much greater then I had ever hoped for so i would like again to say thank you to the whole team again

Veterans United was awesome to work with. The communication with our loan officer and loan coordinator was fantastic. Everything went smoothly and on time for our purchase.

Faster closing time frames would be ideal

From the moment I began my home-buying journey, the Veterans United Home Loan team showcased a level of professionalism and dedication that was simply unmatched. Their commitment to assisting veterans is evident in every interaction. Bryant Chambly, my loan officer, was a beacon of expertise and guidance. His in-depth knowledge and unwavering support made what could have been a daunting process, an incredibly smooth and enjoyable one. Bryant not only understood the intricacies of the loan process but also displayed a genuine care for my well-being and future. I wholeheartedly recommend the Veterans United team and especially Bryant Chambly. If you want someone who treats your home purchase as more than just a transaction, look no further.

Veterans United is the best. I couldn’t think of a negative thing to say if I tried. The home buying process can be daunting, but from the very first phone call I received, I knew Veterans United was the best choice.

I will be telling all of my veteran brothers and sisters about this group. This has been a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I just feel that the process I had went smoothly...the team was always available, if I had any questions...

I had to pull information out of my loan officer. Question, concerns, deals everything! Instead of doing their job and helping out the customer it was basically me asking other friends and colleagues about information I don’t know if . They give me the best options with the loan and basically had to research my option . Once brought up to my loan officer he would agree to it, but my thing is why isn’t you giving me the best options from the beginning. We played phone tag this whole experience for months straight, these guys always had an excuse of why they couldn’t pick up, but love to text. This is my first time buying a house in young, I’m only 24, so there were a lot of things i just didn’t know . Instead of the team helping me and taking their time to invest into me I had to ask around to find out many answers. This overall experience was by far the worst . I honestly close due to the grace of my realtor. She made it possible and answered everything that I needed . If it wasn’t for her I honestly would of never pull through with this deal. I was willing to loose my earnest and all. I was so frustrate. But I got the house and it all worked out . Right ? …..

We appreciate you letting us know how you felt about the experience with your loan team, Cane. We understand how the home buying process can get stressful, especially for the first time. You were great to work with and made the process for buying a home super easy and clear especially for us being 1st time home buyers.

We truly can not say enough wonderful things about our team at United Veterans. Dealing with our loan officer almost daily to run numbers on multiple homes, to figuring out all the details for a fast close. To the transaction coordinator and the concierge also working with us personally to make sure we had all the resources we needed at hand and understood all the information of the process that was happening. Thank you for making the home buying process an enjoyable one.

Buying our first one was so easy, even being 10 hours away paul and everyone involved gave us the comfort and reassurance we needed when taking such a big step.

Do not use that realtor anymore she was horrible and you guys recommended her.

Veterans United made the whole process easy and very simple to do. Once finding a home it was as easy as hitting a few buttons!

Exceptional. Phenomenal. Professional. I can go on and on about Elizabeth and her team.
From day one she made the process exciting and easy. She was always on tops of things and keeping us up to date so we didn’t have to wonder or worry. Elizabeth always made asking questions easy and never made us feel like we couldn’t go to her for the simplest things. We’ve already recommended Elizabeth to a friend who may be buying a house in the near future.

I’m not sure who is really to blame for the POA incident that caused our closing to be pushed back by 2 weeks, but I’m not really one to assign blame anyways. I do wish there had been direct and clear communication with me, the person signing via POA, about what was expected of me so there wouldn’t have been that delay. It definitely threw me for a loop and caused some extra stress with the process. I still think my team was awesome and super professional at handling everything, but the POA part did create a lot of confusion. But we definitely learned not to try a POA when buying a house.

Overall, we were happy!
