My only issue was that when I gave you guys my dd214s somehow I was told I was eligible for a va loan. But a week before closing on the va loan. I was told I didn’t have enough points and had to change it to a first time buyer loan

I enjoyed working with them so much, I am referring my parents over to him to find their new home.In addition to all of the above, Veterans United provided a loan concierge of sorts that would frequently check in on me to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. They even provided me with links to all my utilities and services at the new house that I could choose from.Awesome experience.

Everyone did so well and handled every hurdle with a level of poise and professionalism that I wish I could afford another home just to go through the process again. What can be a very hectic experience was made extremely enjoyable and I can think of no complaints. I felt comfortable with the team at every level on every step of the process. Cara was great! Unfortunately I did not feel like I got that attentiveness across the board. Everyone has different work ethics so I understand it's not always going to be consistent but having more fluidity across the team would definitely ease people's minds. Otherwise I kind of just felt left in the dark after the initial process with Cara.
You folks do a lot of loans, as such you should be in position to employ underwriters that can work with and no the intricies of small businesses. We're small and it probably didn't matter to VU, but you almost lost the loan as we were told by your staff to find another bank.!!!
