Had an easy process and was not as chaotic as I expected. Although it was a bit frustrating that the first time our documents were looked through a document was missed, first person missed that we were missing a document and had to rush to get that said document due to three days before closing. Only reason that was caught is because the person went on vacation and someone else combed through the file and notice the missing document.Overall happy with all the ladies that assisted us with our loan process.
My team was outstanding from the realtor to the concierge to Jeremy to Caitlin all you guys are great keep up the good work and I hope when I find somebody to send to you guys this team be together cuz you guys work amazing together

Communication definelty needs improvement. One min they are in top of things, then you hear nothing for days. The underwriting process was a nightmare, I never want to buy another house again if that's what I have to go through every time. If it wasn't for Brittany and Rachel, I wouldn't be in my new home, but she did give me a scare and almost lost all of it, but she was smart and went Above and beyond to get me in my new home!! Overall very happy,just NY is so tough especially with the lawyers
