My story begins with trying to buy a house in New Mexico but unfortunately it did not pass the inspection. Thinking it over, my family and I decided to stay here in Ohio. Following that game plan he hooked me up with the best realtor from veterans United I've ever met. Mickey went over everything with me on my loan. I recommend any veteran that is looking to buy a home to do it through Veterans United. I’ve dealt with other home lenders and it’s normally a difficult process. Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but I never seems that way. Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing. I highly recommend they for any veteran seeking to purchase a home

had a very disappointing experience working with this team. Communication was consistently poor—we had to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic updates, and we never felt like a priority.Kendal and Donna were often unprofessional and dismissive. On multiple occasions, they emphasized how busy they were or mentioned upcoming vacations, which only reinforced the lack of attention given to our file. Most concerning, Donna accidentally included me on an email where she was making fun of me, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.Additionally, the appraisal process was handled extremely poorly. The report contained numerous errors—over eight corrections were needed—including incorrect names and inaccurate information. This significantly delayed the process and added unnecessary stress.Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this team and will not be using them again.
