Jeff has been absolutely wonderful to work with. This was our second refinance with him, and he also helped us purchase our home originally. If we ever need mortgage services again, he’ll be the first person we call.
He makes what can be a stressful process feel easy and smooth from start to finish. He’s always quick to follow up, keeps us informed every step of the way, and is incredibly personable and down-to-earth. He’s easy to talk to, genuinely cares about us, and always looks out for our best interests and our finances.

One suggestion I have to bring up. Thank you for the gift that you sent. I really do appreciate it. I would recommend making sure that if you do send gifts to anybody moving forward then you should definitely make sure those gifts are made in America. The gifts that you sent were made in China.
