This is our 2nd time purchasing a home with Veterans United. They were always in communication with us and made themselves available even on weekends. Their “To-Do” list helped us keep track and focus on what we needed to be working on and where we were in the overall process, which helped tremendously lessen the feeling of being overwhelmed for those of us with anxiety. He has great credit, me not so much. She looked at my credit reports and we came up with a plan to increase my scores. She checked in with me weekly at first and at the end of the month we checked my credit score and made any adjustments needed to continue to increase my credit. February 27th-April 1st my credit score went from 580 to 628. She was nonjudgmental regarding my past financial mistakes and focused on helping me get where I needed to be. As of May 1st my credit score is 640 and it just continues to increase as I continue to implement her plan. If it wasn’t for Jamie we not have been able to include me on the mortgage.

I recommend any veteran that is looking to buy a home to do it through Veterans United. I’ve dealt with other home lenders and it’s normally a difficult process. Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but I never seems that way. Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing. I highly recommend they for any veteran seeking to purchase a home
