My team was amazing from Brittany Woolridge my credit specialist. She works with me to get my credit together and was always a call or email away. My loan officer Zachary was also so helpful in this process and always answer any question that I had. Also Britney George for helping me close on my home smoothly. Phillip has been nothing but helpful thru this whole process, I started in Oct 2025 first home was supposed to close around Christmas but it fell thru seems the seller didn’t register as the new owner which thru it into probate. 2026 weeks started looking again and made sure they owned the property put in a bid and got it April thru May 31st escrow finally closed 6/02/2026 I am now a home owner could not have done it whitout Philip and he’s team
