My whole team was wonderful, attentive and patient with every question I had and trust me I had a lot of questions. Chloe was very understanding and flexible with my request. Maggie was quick with answers, so patient when I didn’t understand something and very nice. All of them were great.

I recommend any veteran that is looking to buy a home to do it through Veterans United. I’ve dealt with other home lenders and it’s normally a difficult process. Some lenders say they specialize in VA loans but I never seems that way. Veterans United only deals with veterans and they know exactly what’s they are doing. We had a great experience with Veterans United. This was our first home purchase so we really didn't know what to expect. From the beginning, our loan officer(Jodi Coons) went through every step with us and any questions or concerns we had she answered them promptly and honestly. I would just like to say my whole team was amazing, Ward Mershon and Jay Christman always there to answer random questions along the way and point me in the right direction, they definitely went above and beyond, hands down don’t think you can find a better loan officer and specialist. Holly glass crunching numbers last minute to make sure I can stay in the green for the loan and working with me directly was amazing and I am very grateful for her help and experience. My realtors Rebecca and Bruce were and still are amazing thanks for connecting me with such great people in general. Oh and Tara Fuemmeler dude amazing as well, always there to let me know I gotta sign something and super nice.
