If it wasn't something he handled the correct person would contact me on his behalf. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER with whole experience!
Yes I would definitely use Veterans United because I was weary about having to pay Appraisal fees upfront without being fully approved but I was told everything looked good with Conditional approval and it all worked out but please beware of Realtors trying to speed things up before Veterans United gives the OK to do it. This my 2nd time with them no problems.
I liked Veterans United as I could easily upload documents online and text my loan officer and team. We also enjoyed getting the gifts sent out. Thank you.
