This was the second time I have used Veterans United Home Loans. The loan process went okay but they were unable to match my rate from another lender, I had to buydown my rate. I learned from my mistakes, next time I know to shop for a better rate from other lenders

I wasn't expecting the high level of professionalism from Veterans United and was very pleased when I was contacted by Chase. Every step of the way the team I was assigned was on top of their game and there to help out whenever I had questions about anything that was needed to be uploaded or re-done. I also was expecting the process to be alot longer when I began in July but ended up with everything done by end of August and was very pleased.
Truly impressed with veterans United. Everyone we worked what was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions no matter how small. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to buy a house that is a veteran or in the military. Personal thank you to Matthew, Ryan, Josh, Mackenzie and everyone we work with.

Nick Palkovic, the local Martinsburg, West Virginia real estate agent was great - he asked me to complete a Zillow survey, but I can't locate the email to do so - but we couldn't have asked for better/more personable treatment.
The Virginia real estate agent that was assigned to us by your company, could have been better. When I wanted to use my own real estate agent it was frowned upon and when I asked that question, the tone in the voice changed and was given a little attitude. I think I would have had a better experience with my own personal realtor I wanted in the beginning.Our New York realty team was superb! Definitely the best thing out of this whole experience!!Mason Maddox should really have some customer service training to learn how to better talk to clients, realtors, & attorneys. I get it, you may not understand a different states laws or whatever, but I think staying in communication with your clients and not being condescending when questions are asked. He was not pleasant with our realtor or attorney when speaking with them.I understand our file was probably longer than expected on all ends but it doesn’t give you a right to treat people like crap.

I think Veterans United is a well ran good company. I only have complaints about my realtor. Not informative, lying to my face, not answering my questions. I give Michele a 1 just because I cant give her a 0. Please dont use her, she is not a good realtor. She is my only complaint.
