Everything was so easy to access and Chris and his team were always consistently communicating with me. The stressful part was stuff out of my control-and out of theirs-such as the house inspection. They celebrated each milestone with me and sent the most thoughtful housewarming gift for my pups. I was really touched that the names of my dogs were mentioned. Very sweet attention to detail.
