We were simply told too many things that were wrong and had to be adjusted later including an additional $14,000 we had to come up with 2 days before we were supposed to close. Documents that were sent days earlier we were told couldn't be opened - that's fine, it happens but why are you telling me 3 -4 (or more) days after I sent them. Kyle was very nice but too many dropped balls.

Kelly and Laura both were extremely helpful throughout our home purchase.
I have gone through Kelly before to purchase other homes. This latest purchase though was definitely a challenge for everyone involved because of the “uniqueness” of the property. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else to buy a home. Kelly and her team definitely make the process less of a nightmare.

This team made my first-time home buying experience remarkably simple, easy and quick. I could not imagine a better experience with any other team. I highly recommend!

Clint really was phenomenal and so easy to work with! We were very impressed with him. He helped with every last detail that popped up. With in days of closing, I had friends in NY struggling with another company - and due to the great service we were provided - I got her to ditch them and go with her local VETERANS UNITED office and she too closed within weeks after struggling with another agency for 4 months!

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Enterprise Alabama location , dealing with me sometimes 3000 miles away , or in the office , absolutely incredible group of beautiful real life people......Unfortunately I am a bit upset that Veterans United immediately sold my loan to another lender , who I have no idea who they are , so the loyalty factor went out the window.Me being a Disabled Combat Veteran you would think VETERANS UNITED would be honored and proud to hold a guaranteed loan .... unfortunately it shows that it was all about the money for the people who forgot what got them to there 6 figure jobs , sad to see a company who preaches Military , to be so out of touch

Name changes during a first time home buying experience would (I thought) be more common. The only option for the document that I could use to prove my name change was the court ordered document or drivers license, which doesn't make sense because you do not have that document when you change your name after getting married. Please have the option for future customers who are newlyweds to use their marriage certificate and or new social as proof (I mean... seriously, how much more proof is needed that my new social security card couldn't provide) . I wasn't able to use my marriage certificate or new social security. This was the only hiccup I encountered.
