My Veteran’s United team was amazing to work with. They were so personal and attentive, always being there to promptly answer questions. I really enjoyed the ease of being able to text with them. When we had phone calls, they listened and were so kind. I highly recommend them!
Not only was I well served, I also found the web-portal easy to use. Uploading, viewing, signing documents was much easier than I expected. Much better than your typical "press one to continue" voice prompts. Lastly, the housewarming gifts they presented to me were thoughtful and unexpected. A fine memento to the occasion. Buying this house throught Nick and his team at Veterans United was one of the easiest things I have done. I definitely recommend Veterans United to other veterans.
Overall, it was a great experience. We bought the home that we had been renting, so the process was less complex than normal. The team was great, but they almost cost us $2,300 in rent credits. Had I not carefully reviewed the closing disclosures and noticed the mistake, we could have lost money. Also, the interest rate was 0.125% higher than the estimate we had received two days earlier. Even though it’s a small percentage, over 30 years it will really add up. Other than that, the team was responsive, knowledgeable and showed compassion.

We were just seeing how much we were pre-approved for and 5 weeks later we had a home. The whole process was easy and painless. Kayla and Haley were amazing with the process a would do it all over again with them
