Overall a great experience. Only feedback is the underwriters need to review and identify all discrepancies for a document or submission to avoid unnecessary back and forth for all documents.

Quick and efficient
I contacted Mike Rahmoeller on a Saturday thinking I would leave a voice mail, he picked up and listened to my needs. (Who does that these days?) By Monday Mike and his team had me enrolled in the process of my refinance of my home. They were very professional and patient with me. Technology is a challenge for me and they were very understanding and supportive. Quick to call with assistance at any given time. I will be using Veterans United for all my Real-estate needs. Hell, even my attorney enjoyed working with them.
