The entire team was phenomenal (Jessica Pratt, Dennis Hill, Becca Terry and Jason Windsor). Their attitudes and support during the entire process was over the top and I am very appreciative of their dedication. Veterans United had a customer for life. VU is very fortunate to have these four employees on their team. Thank you all for everything!!
I would say the overall experience was wonderful. The overall cost of the process and services are a little shocking. But I would do it again. The ease of the process took the stress levels down immensely. The extra discounts were welcomed. The Teams I worked with were all wonderful. I was incredibly impressed with everyone.
Holly, Eli, and Joedi were absolutely amazing to work with. The home buying experience can be intimidating; however, the Veterans United Team took the intimidation out of the equation! Holly and Eli walked me through the paperwork process step by step. They were always available to answer questions, and they were in constant communication with me to ensure I was always in the loop.
