For my wife being a veteran you think things would have been handled better. We had one rep and then she disappeared and she was great and we never were told what happen. Then the info wasn’t correct as far as our down payment amount and the day we were suppose to close and we didn’t get to close the time we wanted too. This was a long process everything should have been ready and it wasn’t. Very stressful to work with them hope they are better with future veterans

Veterans United provided a fantastic team for my homebuying journey. The journey itself was long and difficult, but I am so grateful to my loan officers, realtor, concierge, and anyone else I did not have the pleasure of meeting. Everyone who helped me in the purchasing of my home deserves the highest of ratings, and I genuinely thank you all for your help very, very much.
