Overall, this was an excellent experience! We WERE first time buyers and knew almost nothing about the process. Mark and his team helped us understand what was going on, kept us informed, and made this alot easier than we expected. We had a special income circumstance that made underwriting a challenge, but Mark kept everyone on the same page. We also had some credit challenges. Veterans United Cradit Specialists explained how it affected our credit score, which helped us develop a plan to improve our credit score.We cannot thank the Veterans United team more!
