Veterans United treats everyone with the respect and care they deserve. I am not the veteran of my house, but I did most of the work to secure a home and they treated me just as nice as they’d treat any veteran. This means a lot to me working for a WNY Veteran nonprofit.
The experience that I had was a good experience from the beginning to the in I was anxious and nervous but I was assured that they would take care of me and any questions and concerns I had to just email or call they will be there to answer.
Tim Alvis was our loan officer and he worked with us for quite some time. It took us over a year to find the the right house and he would always run the numbers so we knew what the expected payments would be. He also provided valuable advise on how to structure our loan.
