The process was extremely smooth! Not only was our loan officer readily available even over the weekend for us to get real time info on houses we were looking at. Our loan processor as well was great to work with, quick with responses whether by email or text. We also had calls along the way from others with Veterans United to make sure everyone & everything was going smoothly and on track and offered additional help with knowing about other services Veterans United had to offer.
