Overall…great job!!! Thank you for everything.I would recommend more insight into the underwriting process. The “hurry up and wait” scenario isn’t pleasant when you’re waiting to see if you’ll qualify for your mortgage or not. There was long periods of time when we heard nothing from the underwriter then out of the blue we’d get a request for more info. It was bad on the nerves.

I was not ready to buy a home, but when my "former" landlord told me they were selling, I didn't want to go anywhere else because I loved the home. Like I said, I wasn't ready, or so I thought. I was crying, emotions everywhere, and I mean ugly crying. After reading reviews from other lenders, it was Veterans United. When Casey called me, I was still crying hysterically.
