This journey started 3 months ago, house after house we had looked at.
Right before Xmas the house we were looking at came up. The team at Veteran United worked hard to get us in, 3 days before Xmas we are in our new house what a Xmas present.
They were a great help and really made a concerted effort to make me feel like I wasn’t just buying a house, but a home!

In Real Estate, an Agent has to be professional, personal, and knowledgeable; all at once sometimes. My experience with my team at Veterans United (VU) did more than make buying my new home easy, they made it possible. Financial issues halted my previous attempt to buy a home. But when the issue was fixed, I almost immediately contacted VU with the news, even though two years had passed. An agent was assigned to me, but I hadn't forgotten the Real Estate Agent from that previous run. We were easily reconnected by my VU Agent. To me it seemed more like coming from a lunch break, than a two year wait. When my Real Estate Agent and I started house-hunting everything just seemed positive, if it was a bad day, it was a positive bad day, somehow! It's like we shared a confidence, unspoken knowledge, and friendship that made our meetings full of fun. There were lots of homes that we viewed. And I missed some beautiful opportunities. I think, that she loves what she's doing, because with me, she never seemed to be working. But she knew everything, she was informative, she was patient, and she is still the Champion Warrior who I chose, Again, to go to battle with me. This just may have been the easiest buy/sell that either of us have had. And personally I want to do it again.
My loan team (Tim & Dawn) were absolutely instrumental in helping my wife and I realize our dream home, making the process seamless and answering every question (no matter how small) along the way. Any company is only as good as their people, and Tim & Dawn are good people.
Thanks to Charlie my loan officer and his team. They made the homebuyers process easy an enjoyable. I feel like am part of the veterans United family. Wonderful professional team!!!!!!!
I can’t forget about Jeffery Howard. He was like the little bulldog(in a good way) he was always making sure things were getting done and quick to email the realtor or myself to get the info he needed.
Overall I had a fantastic experience with you guys, my loan team was amazing. I would recommend Veteran’s United to any fellow service member and would definitely recommend Colin and his team.
The team at Veterans United were awesome! I had several issues that arose during the process and they never gave up on me. They were there through the it all helping me get everything together. I had a pretty interesting situation in my home buying process but they figured it out.

Awesome team and would recommend them. I thought this would be quite a while. But found a home and closed in about a month. They were on top of the process.
As the request for documents to verify my status for my loan . I gave them those documents as quick and efficient to help process the loan in a timely manner. The team also assisted with local connections because I was from out of state.from utilities to inspections required by VA loan. No money down and just closing fees, buy back points and more.
It was a very difficult process for us ,but that was because of our situation.
