Loan coordinator was not very communicative during the process and was very hard to reach. We had to jump through hoops in order to get the deal done on time for things that we should’ve known before hand to make our jobs a lot easier.
This team made the home buying process so easy! We are so excited to have purchased our first home!

Under writing was not easy to work with. Not allowed to communicate with buyer or agent. Seemed they tried every reason NOT to give the loan when it should have been the easiest loan ever written. Very dissatisfied over all with VU.

I’m sorry and get where you’re coming from. Underwriting requests can often be cumbersome to work through. Communication between underwriters and anyone involved in the real-estate transaction is strictly prohibited during the loan process.
