They kept me in the loop with everything that was happening, they gave me recommendation on things I needed to do, and was always quick to respond back when I asked a question or was uncertain about things. Working with Veteran’s United in the beginning seemed sure but towards the end of our closing, many clerical errors were made which delayed our moving process 5 times on behalf of the team I was associated with. They did agree to make things better which I am grateful for but the minor errors that were made were truly disappointing.
