I have been totally impressed with Veterans United. From day one we were given personal phone numbers to contact them anytime day or evening. They were always helpful and understanding and guided us every step of the way; always sending us emails of our progress. I have had a career closing mortgages and have heard all the horror stories from clients going through the loan process. I will tell anyone if they qualify for a VA loan they will never experience bad service again. Veterans United is the best!

I do recommend Veterans United team. Wanted to buy a house and had no idea what to do. This team had helped me through the process and kept everything professional. Learned a lot through the video guides that was provided to me as well.
The process was good seems to me it worked a little backwards. This was my first time purchasing a home so all in all it was a great experience. As for the sellers realtor my wife and I were not very impressed by his lack of professionalism.
