I am so very happy I decided to work with Veterans United for my VA loan. We had a very particular situation and I don't think anyone else would have been as helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of the situation. We had to work through a defaulted student loan situation with my wife and I that was NOT EASY!!! But Veterans United stuck with us and now we are in our life changing house now! Especially our loan coordinator, Sara. With her we would not be in our new house today. It was such a new and confusing situation with the fresh start program but Sara and Tyler helped us battle through to the finish line! Now we are so happy I could not praise or recommend Veterans United more! Our team was so understanding and helpful that this whole thing would not have happened without them. Lets just say we tried a few places first that are supposed to be "veteran friendly" & "the best at VA loans" but would not even really look at us. They rhyme with Wavy fled, shmocket lortgage, and one with Gronk. Veterans United did not give up on us. They understood the situation and worked with us to fix the issue. Mortgages are very rare (at least for me) but I will always come back to Veterans United and recommend them to all vets!! Thank you Sara, Tyler, and Allie for everything. You have truly changed our lives for the better.

Mallory fuller was also another Veteran United staff that made it easy purchasing a house by always being available if I had questions and working so hard closing the loan in record time. Also was there if I had questions about anything and walked we through the process step by step. I’ve had 3 other loan companies that I tried working with, which in my opinion did not compare to this team at Veterans United.
I was a bit nervous and anxious about buying a house. Being a first-time home buyer. I don't know anything. But thanks to Veterans United. Look out for all military service members and make it easy to happen for us.
Melissa's entire team was simply the very best. Tori was always responsive and pro-active. Rachel shepherded us through the loan approval process so smoothly I hardly even knew it was happening.
