Great experience, the website/app made it all seamless and at a fingers touch. I have never had such an easier closing, even the title company were surprise how easy and not so much documentation.
1. Should have informed me that there was such a thing as a 1 time rate reduction if the rates dropped before our final close. I would have at least like to know it was an option for a small fee to reduce my risk. Don't know how far the rates fell because I can not see the VA Jumbo rate. Would be nice in these tough times to have the opportunity now and in the future with a rare reduction to refinance.
