Collin and Jessica were great through this process. As a single first time homebuyer, I was sure I would encounter a lot of stress but everything went super smoothly. They were there to answer questions whenever needed and provided consistent follow ups and updates. I got an amazing rate on home insurance. I am super impressed with website/mobile application. I always knew where my loan stood and what I needed to finish in my To Do list. I can access documents easily as well. I would go with Veteran United Home Loans again.
I want to thank everyone involved in the team it was probably the best process that I have ever encountered to making it easy and smooth when you have a Lotta health issues going on and the stress that I’ve been under the team made everything goes so smooth they took the weight off my shoulders. I never got stressed during this process about buying the home financing, the home and understanding all the terms and everything, I really appreciate veterans United the team and I will highly recommend everyone. Veterans United and their team did an amazing job in all aspects of the home buying process! Words cannot express how lucky we were to get such a knowledgeable team of people to help us through such an important time in our lives!
