Overall the process was great and the team was always there to offer support or assistance. I would recommend them to any other veterans looking to buy and would use them again in the future if needed.

There were many times where questions went unanswered until I followed up multiple times. I was not notified of things promptly when time was of the essence. I felt as if it weren’t for me staying on top of everyone I would not have been able to close on the home when I did. Also my closing cost was increased multiple times within the last week or two before closing just to end up getting almost half of it back.
