Getting into contact with the team leading up to my closing was extremely difficult and I would not be contacted back for hours after reaching out. In a time of constant change, I was disappointed that I could not speak with my team quickly about closing matters.The underwriting process was terrible. There we unnecessary delays and things requested that my team should have told me about in advance, not when the underwriter requested them.I will not be recommending VU to others. This has not been a good experience for me.

From my first phone call to them I felt so connected, as if I was their only applicant. They were always there to answer my calls/texts/emails whenever I needed them... even on their days off!
