Jackson and his team were amazing throughout the complete process. From day one, Jackson explained everything in detail and set the expectations. He would reach out and update me during the process and he was easily reachable for any questions or concerns. Phoebe reached out day one as well and went over the resources available and stayed in contact with me and repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need any additional resources or support.
