Overall, my experience with Veterans United was very positive. The process felt structured, transparent, and supportive, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage. Communication was clear throughout, and I felt like I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. As a Veteran, I appreciated how streamlined and respectful the process was. I would absolutely recommend Veterans United to other Veterans looking to buy a home.
VA home loans gave me good advice when choosing the area to settle, helpfully recommended a great realtor, and stayed in touch throughout the process to assist when I needed the help. Their help changed a normally stressful process into one more easily endurance and understandable.
Process was simple and easy to get approved. Andy Miller was fantastic to work with. Was kept in the loop during entire process, and had everything explained to me in detail as I was a first time home-buyer. He made sure all of my questions were answered and never made me feel "rushed". Highly recommend ????
Katy was great
Jason and his team were amazing. They were on top everything throughout the whole process. Especially Katie.

I was let down by New Day USA big time; but Veterans United came to the rescue. "No man left behind" by VU for sure; VU loan officers went a long extra mile to make things happen for me.
The entire team were phenomenal throughout the process. They were very hands-ons and informative. I appreciated the different levels of staff dedicated to assist in each area of the process. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking to work with an amazingly professional lender.
Super smooth! 10/10 recommend if you have the option. Everything went as easy, simple, and smooth as possible. The team they put together actually seemed like they cared and were very nice.
Kelly Stephens was patient over the phone and explained what needed to be done when I did not want to upload my docs online to the Veterans United Home Loan site. She then contacted the attorney's office to request a hard copy of the signed closing docs to be sent to me through the US postal service - that were not provided to me at the day of the May 11, 2020 closing (and really should have been - as was done through my experience with other house closings in the past over my 23-yr, 7 mo. military active and civilian career, I had signed 2 copies at same time - one for me and for the other copy to stay for file of seller personnel)….It was a horrible closing experience through a "pandemic" - that was used by the builder attorney office as an excuse not to have any others attend the closing but office admin. and me, so a thank you here to Kelly! A hard copy was finally received at my new address on June 10.....
Process was quick, communication was excellent. Customer service was friendly, looked to answer all questions accurately and in a timely manner. Excellent experience.
Wyatt and team were very proactive and ensured every step I needed to take action on was complete in a timely manner to not cause any days in the closing process. They were also very helpful in answering questions and available around the clock.
Rob was absolutely great!!!! 10 out of 10 for sure :-)
