Be more selective in situations where you have someone buying and selling...experience in both matters. Utilizing the same agent on both transactions seems efficient but I did not have that experience. I will definitely utilize VU for my next home purchase but will probably look elsewhere for a knowledgeable and helpful selling agent.

I am going to scream it from the rooftops, I didn’t think we could get a home right now, especially with the way the economy and interest rates are. Without a doubt, I was horrified by the prospect of buying a house. Overall everything seemed to work out but the whole closing process was down to the wire and kind of stressful. Documents were not sent to my lawyer until late in the evening the night before closing
