Closing fees went up nearly 100 bucks with every new estimate and there were loans we were paying off that wasn’t fully disclosed to us, just the payoff was requested

Victoria McGhee was very friendly and informative and helped this 1st time homebuyer throughout the loan process immensely. She helped me throughout the process and was there for me to support me and reassure me in achieving the goal that I wanted. VA Home Loans is one of the best loans out there with zero down. Rob and Austin were very helpful, understanding and experience throughout the process. I am glad to be part of the VA and there's nothing I could ask for. Although, with mandatory requirements, they can always work it out for the best way possible to get your home.
