I would recommend this to anyone who is a first time buyer. It was smooth and easy to work with. The loan team was quick precise and very transparent with everything. Could not ask for a better team
I would say to have more flexible hours but nothing negative about service.
My loan officer was not forth coming with me. I feel that he was deceptive. I do not want Veterans United to use my name in any promotional materials. After what I experienced with Veterans United there is not a good review that I can honestly give.
Zach is the primary reason we keep using VU. If we ever need to buy again, I'll look for Zach again. VU gets a bad rap on a lot of boards where veterans talk because of generally high origination fees and other things they experience. I'll recommend Zach as a shining example of how good VU can be for vets. Thanks Zach.
