Communication was lacking. Veterans United stated they were sending weekly emails about items that were missing but I only ever received 1 email. This email was 4 days before closing. I had to rush to get closed

Kyle gave me his personal cell number, he was super easy to reach. I never called that he didn't answer my calls. Veterans United is lucky to have such a super easy to work with loan adviser. Thank you Kyle, You were a pleasure to work with. A 12 on a 10 Scale.
Use Veterans United plain and simple. Hears horror stories from other military members using different organizations, and i feel like that i can not relate. Everything was easy, seamless and professional.

Just because I enjoy the story, I'm going to briefly tell it here. My partner and I had started talking about cohabitation about a week earlier when, on a lazy President's Day afternoon, she found a listing that was exactly what we were looking for in house. It was a old cheese factory about 400 miles away in an area of the country where we both dreamed to relocate. Only half-seriously she showed me the listing. Coincidentally, I had just received an email from USAA suggesting how easy a VA loan can be, and that I could be pre-approved within 15 minutes. So, equally as half-seriously, I clicked the link and found myself pre-approved for an amount that could purchase that house. Within an hour we had a loan specialist--named Carma which seemed like some kind of sign given the way we had slipped sideways into this process. She provided a pre-approval letter and an agent who organized a showing of the house that next day. Unfortunately, that house already had an accepted offer by the time we got there but having all of this in my back pocket we suddenly got serious about finding our new home in SW Wisconsin. It took a bit more than a month with a few virtual tours, but we finally got the jump on the market with our new-to-us home. We saw the listing come up while on vacation in the area over Easter weekend. It had been on the market for less than 12 hours when we drove by it on our way back. I told Peter about it as soon as I got home on Monday night. We had a virtual tour and offer in by Wednesday evening.Between him and my team at Veterans United, I had all of the help I needed to secure this awesome house with an awesome garage that has an awesome shop on the edge of this awesome little town in the awesome Driftless area of SW Wisconsin. Seriously, this was a joy and a pleasure. Thank you so much.
Thanks for taking care of us!
I would recommend anyone who are first time buyers to go through veterans united.
