The utility companies recommended by the concierge were inaccurate. I spent quite a long time researching the service providers for our house. Also when going thru the to do list leading up to our close date, we were never able to go back and review any of the documents after we had read them once. I think they should remain available to be viewed at anytime.



As a first time home buyer, it did seem intimidating at first. The team that ended up working with me answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. If I were to buy another home in the future, I hope I get the exact same team.

Veterans United made the process easy. I would definitely recommend them to any Veteran looking to buy a home.

Starting this process a few years ago , I thought I was ready. Turns out I wasn’t. However , when returning to start again , there wasn’t any resentment or pressure from my team to hurry and place me in a home. Communication was precise and very thoroughly laid out. Any questions I had was met with a swift answer. They really had my best interest at heart very step of the way.

3rd Times the charm :) After 3 home offers and acceptances in less then a 5 month time frame and everi ncreasing interest rates..., 1st fell through after inspection, 2nd fell through days before closing, then #3 went just as smooth as possible...lol. So much so, I didn't say anything to anyone till I had the keys in my hands because I was "gunshy". But, through out the ENTIRE process Matt and Drew were ever so encouraging. And would humor this old military southern lady's fussn (and at times...cussn). Those poor boys earned their keep and my most sincere thanks and appreciation for sticking with me. I'm ever so grateful.

With all the ups and downs from the seller Molly and the team made the process easy. Whenever there was a problem we never had to wait someone always responded and helped us fix it or get answers.

This company does not have the veterans best interest and should not have veterans in there name at all because they did not take care of me
