I had a great team! Always kept in touch, easily accessible when I had questions. They always kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on and what I need to do. They made the process a lot easier. Very professional, respectful, and cordial

Ally Haynes was a phenomenal help! Her follow through and reminders are the sole reason we made it to close on time! She was a great help and has the full acknowledgment of Justine and I that she made this process happen!









The communication between client and loan officer was poor and a lack of. During the entire process things continued to pop up that I was unaware of. As a Veteran and being that I served this country certain breaks and programs are given to us to help. Nothing about this process helped. No credits, no programs, no anything. The VA loans are for veterans who don't have a large amount of funds for down payments to not have to pay a lot of money and be able to purchase hassle and stress free. This process was not that. And for the loan officer to say... I don't have to give you no credits is very unprofessional.
