We had a few hiccups this time and we were not kept in the loop very well. However, it was still a good experience overall. Hayden was great to work with. Our realtor was great. Our insurance agent was great.

This is our 2nd house through VIM some issues were bumpy as it is very difficult to buy without physically seeing a house. The VUM team was prepared to answer questions and the only thing lacking was legal advice on what I felt were general issues that pertained to the integrity of the transaction. The assets of closing companies and distance affiliates are many so other help is greatly available. I love that service was personal and reliable. Though we closed I pray it’s the best choice for our forever home
The individuals who handled our mortgage loan application all the way through to closing were a well oiled machine! They accomplished everything in a timely manner, treated a disabled veteran and his family with such respect and kindness. This entire process was absolutely a breath of fresh air!
