Overall a very good experience while trying to navigate buying a home for the first time while also going through the process of retiring from the military. They were up front about everything and worked within the limits of both my family's finances and a very short timeline (less than 60 days) to find a new home.

I felt that I was being called about items that needed doing constantly. I have a new job and couldn't take calls. It seemed like we were repeating the same "to do" task over and over and over again. When I did finally speak to someone, they were beating around the bush instead of saying what I needed to do and how to do it. This made it seem fishy (scam like). I became so overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork and phone calls, I wanted to cancel looking for a house completely. My husband wouldn't go for it. I had no idea the loan fees and additional charges would be so high until closing.
The whole process was smooth, and very pleasant. Home buying is a very stressful time, and everyone I worked with were super knowledgeable, helpful, professional, friendly, and reassuring. I could not recommend this team enough! 101/100!
