Would have prefered to of had the whole list of to-dos from the beginning instead of completing a portion, then getting hit with a whole new list. It made our first time buying a home so much more stressful when we were hit with something new that had to be completed almost immediately out of nowhere so many times.

Over all the team was great. I would most definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends in the military. For it being a 2 year process due to moves they really help multiple times. Kapil took his time to answer questions and to explain the whole process. His communication was awesome, always checked if we were okay throughout the process. He answered all my question quickly and effectively. Mandy was absolutely awesome. She took things personally. She fought hard to get deals done and get things fixed before moving in. Over all I would give this team a 1000000/10.
Phillip and Nate were honestly the best. They responded quickly, cared about what we needed/wanted. They also made things feel secure and always listened. They made the entire process run smoothly.
Seemed to be a lot of duplicate confirmation on things. The to do list could have been cut by a third

The whole thing went smooth and they out competed the other companies plus some. First home buyer talking here, Devin and Sam really helped us out and I hope the best for them. They took stress away from the whole thing and would stay late just to explain the many questions I had about the process. 10 out of 10 would recommend especially when you have one of those two on your side🇺🇸🎆
