When purchasing a home in a particular state, its recommended the following:Inform buyers on state regulations with regards to property tax and the conditions on and after closing.Earnest money may be automatically used as a "Deposit" for closing cost. Initially it was told that the buyers would get that money back.Inform buyers up front that if second time purchasing that VA funding fee is almost 3 times more from what was paid the first go around.Inform buyers that once your credit is run through, that the credit bureau will share your information with hundreds of other companies. The amount of phone calls will be unbearable, and honestly completely unacceptable.On there other hand, we are extremely grateful for the VA credit towards our final costs much appreciated. Also, loan experts were able to answer most questions and was readily available.
