Before Veterans United, I was living in a space smaller than a studio apartment, and in the second story of an automotive repair shop. As soon as I got my 100% disability from the VA I started looking for a place to live, because the shop was being sold. I asked everyone to help me find my first house, all the organizations and agencies told me no….I don’t know how or why nobody told me about VU. But once I did I knew I made the right decision because Cass Jones called me on a SATURDAY to talk about me enrollment. Now I’m proud to say that the flag I flew on Camp Dwyer, Afghanistan (2010) has unfurled for the first time on my first house thanks to my whole family at Veterans United.
Everyone that we worked with was extremely helpful and made the homebuying process as stress-free as possible. This is our second time working with Veterans United, and it won’t be the last!

I did have a conversation or 2 with Blair, but did not work with him as much because my move was a company move and we had a company that was hired by my employer to do the tasks that Blair would have.
